Our favourite tea of the month is Chamomile. It’s flavor is not too strong, so can be enjoyed by most, even if herbal tea is new to your palette.
Chamomile is a herb that has been used for centuries for two main benefits – calming an upset stomach and helping with sleep. Chamomile tea helps to soothe the nervous system which can in turn help you sleep better. It also antibacterial so drinking chamomile tea can not only calm an upset stomach, but help to prevent and treat colds as well as clear up skin irritations such as acne and allergies.
What a winner! Don’t quite like the taste? Why not try it with a twist of raspberry or lemon.
