In our wellness meditation sessions, we explore a different theme each week so you will learn various relaxation and meditation techniques. Mindfulness practices, chakra colour exploration, dream visualisations, breathing exercises and much more.

Suitable for all levels of students. These sessions run for 45 minutes and will leave you feeling relaxed and refreshed.
