HEATED YOGA

Similar to our flow yoga classes, however the room is heated to enhance the benefits of the practice. Our studio uses a special type of heating called near infrared rays (NIR). When you enjoy a heated yoga class, the infrared heating will boost your metabolism, burn additional calories, eliminate stored toxins from the body, reduce cellulite, and rejuvenate your skin. You will look and feel lighter and younger!

The benefits of yoga are being enjoyed by many of our community, but so many of the men we know, avoid yoga out of embarrassment. So we want to provide an accessible class for men only, free from embarrassment but where they can enjoy the benefits that can really improve their mobility and sports performance. Yoga can help greatly with agility, functional strength, reduction in stress and overall increase in vitality.

SLOW FLOW YOGA

A meditative flow that practises slowing down with mindful steady breath, holding poses, and transitioning smoothly and slowly into the next. Great for beginners and anyone wanting to slow down and move deeper into one’s body and mind.

 

POWER YOGA

VINYASA FLOW YOGA

POWER YOGA

This blended yoga class focuses on building your strength through incorporating traditional poses held for longer periods of time, whilst building into it further strength building skills that in turn will assist the more complicated yoga movements.

A strength yoga class will help you build lean muscle strength for your entire body. You will work up a sweat in this class!

VINYASA FLOW YOGA

Our Vinyasa Yoga Classes are a more dynamic, flowing style of class where each pose flows gently into the next allowing for progression in flexibility, balance, strength and stability while maintaining a meditative focus and awareness of the breath. “Vinyasa” means “breath-synchronized movement” so this is a flowing yoga class where movement and breath are synchronised together.

Through Yoga we learn to listen to, connect to and celebrate our bodies in their uniqueness.
