YIN & MEDITATION

Yin Yoga is a slow paced class designed to release tension in the physical body as well as promoting mental and emotional release.

In this class, poses are held for long periods of time, with or without the assistance of props, targeting connective tissues while practising mindfulness and meditation techniques.

This 75 minute class is complete with a generous meditation that may include breath awareness, body exploration, yoga nidra (sleep based meditation) and visualisation techniques.

HOT VINYASA

A strong vinyasa flow class in a heated room to enhance the challenge and benefits of your practice. Find strength and length in your body in this beautifully heated environment.

Our studio uses a special type of heating called near infrared rays. When you enjoy a heated class, the infrared heating will boost metabolism, burn additional calories, eliminate stored toxins from the body and rejuvenate your skin.

Find focus, strength and flexibility in this beautifully heated space. Not recommended for beginners.

GENTLE FLOW 

YOGA BASICS

A yoga class for those new to yoga, or wanting a basic flow class. In this class, we introduce fundamental yoga poses, teaching you how to breath, and overall to feel comfortable and confident in a yoga practice. 

This class is also great for those with a regular yoga practice who are wanting to learn more about proper alignment and practising mindfully.

GENTLE FLOW

A beautiful, meditative flow class. Learn techniques to press pause – slowing down with mindful steady breath, holding poses and transitioning smoothly and slowly into the next.

This class is great for beginners and anyone wanting to slow down and move deeper into ones body and mind.

 

POWER FLOW

POWER YOGA

A strong style of class for those looking for a little more challenge in their practice. This class focuses on building your strength through your flow, incorporating traditional poses held for longer periods of time.

This class will help grow awareness and acceptable of the practical limits of your body and creates a safe space to practice progressions.

You will work up a sweat in this class! Not recommended for beginners.

YANG & YIN

This 75 minute class is the perfect balance for those looking for a combination of a little movement and a little stillness in their yoga practice. The first half of this class we find our flow, through mindful and energetic practice focusing on the yang. This leads us to resolve to remain still through the second half of our class as we settle into the practice of yin yoga – releasing tension in specific muscle groups while practicing mindfulness and meditation.
